Just got this Cryo Cuff, which I ordered on the advice of a fellow Flyers fan who had knee arthroscopy and has arthritis in her knee. Fill cooler w/ice and water, let chill. Attach tube to knee wrap; let gravity fill knee wrap with cold water. Detach tube. In an hour, reattach tube and let gravity drain warmed water back into cooler. Let chill. Repeat. Lasts 6-8 hours.
This will save a lot of running around making ice cubes and refilling ice packs. And it'll eliminate retrieving dropped ice packs from the floor, yay!
