Congrats to the AHL Chicago Wolves for winning the Calder Cup!

June 10 must be a good day to win the AHL championship, as the Phantoms did so twice (and three years ago today, we defeated the Wolves to take the Cup).

Here's to seeing the Phantoms closing out the AHL season with a win at this time next year! But for now, a tip of the cap to the Wolves for their achievement.

And now, for me, the summer has well and truly begun. The NHL, AHL, and ECHL have all awarded their championhips, so the last vestiges of pro hockey (or at least the leagues I have access to) have wrapped up proceedings until Fall.
