Mark just got off the phone with his parents. My mother-in-law's physical therapy isn't going all that well. :o( She has to stand up every hour, I guess to keep the muscles in her legs from atrophying, but she also can't stand unassisted. She either needs to lean on a walker or have someone assisting her.

I hope that there's some progress on actually building a wheelchair ramp onto the house soon. It's way too nice outside for her to be cooped up in the freaking house 24/7. Prior to the emergence of these problems, my in-laws were active and liked to do things like take day trips to Atlantic City. I'd love to see them get back to that ASAP.
