Mark's phone lives! He zigged when he should've zagged while entering a password. Once he fixed that, BINGO. Instant revival.
Now he's got to re-download a bunch of apps and whatnot, though. But at least the dang phone is working. GOOD. That was the only headache we've had so far, and it's resolved.
