Hooray -- the contents of our over-filled external hard drive have finally finished copying to the new, much-larger external hard drive.
Now I'm doing a full backup of our computer to the new hard drive.
When I'm satisfied that everything's working just as it should, I have plans for the over-filled hard drive. I intend to clear it up and use it to back up my laptop.
